Picaflora's lots,   an exceptional environment.

The property is mountainous with fantastic panoramic views: to the northeast,  the Atenas Valley with Irazu, Barva and Poas volcanoes in the background, to the southwest  the Rio Grande Valley and to the east,  the Central Valley with thousands of lights coming alive at nightfall.

The access to the project is a paved public road from Atenas (2km). Located inside a protected Forestal Reserve dotted with a luxurious vegetation, we find many species of precious trees like the Guanacaste and the Matapalo, flowering trees and many fruit trees (mangoes, limes, bananas, papayas and oranges).

Wildlife is also plentiful in this pollution-free paradise: many species of birds, among them eagles, parrots and a large variety of hummingbirds (picaflores) feeding on flowers.
