Who We Are
Marcel Héroux, developer of Villa Picaflora and a lover of nature; member of the Urban Land Institute ULF , and a financial analyst with designation CFA ( Chartered Financial Analyst). His interest in the creation of an exceptional real estate project like   Villa Picaflora came from a long search and answers to the most demanding environmental criterias, as well as creating good investment value.
His son, Francois Heroux Desgagne, has completed a degree in mathematics at the University of Montreal. After selling the lanscaping company that   allowed him to pay for his studies, he became interested in the constuction of luxury villas in Costa Rica. His enthusiasm, resourcefulness and generosity are powerful tools in this project's realization.

 

	Alonso, the famous Alonso Orozco , our in house architect and main designer. Alonso came to work wiht us because he wanted a challenging job on a design oriented project, well he dound it ! After discovering the possibilities of the balinese architecture, he came up with the beautiful design that we now have as our primary product.. Alonso and his wife are now waiting for the birth of their first child and we give them our best wishes in this nice endeavour. Thank you for your nice work.
Our aggressive gogether, Lady Alvarez. After working a full day starting early in the morning, watching over the administration and accounting of the company, being mother of 3 and taking care of her beloved husband Laurent, she still has time to smile and give the ultimate thing on her list the most devoted attention. Lady you are a very professional business woman and we thank you for your big efforts.
	The future Atenas mayor, Sebastien Legault. After taking the time to socialize with all of the inhabitants of Atenas and their relatives, Sebastien still as time to run the job sites , the buying of materials and the human ressources of the company. Looking for adventure and a great job opportunity, Sebastien came down to Costa Rica with the clear intention of learnig Spanish and build nice houses... well both have been achieved and now the future is bright and wide open!
